Sorry, an error occurred.

Need help.

I have all but given up hope trying to get any meaningful support for my purchased copy of Bitdefender Total Security 2019 so I am turning to the forum in hopes that someone else has seen this problem. 

After I install the Bitdefender product on my laptop I can no longer log into a particular webiste, I get a generic error: Sorry, an error occurred.

I uninstall the Bitdefender product off my laptop I can get into that particular website, no problem.  So I know it is an issue with Bitdefender.

I am looking for advice on what Bitdefender setting or rule I need to change/create to remedy this issue.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
