Help! Unremoveable Rootkit!

its called sccfg.sys in the c: directory

ALMOST NOTHING CAN DELETE IT

bd was only able to rename it

i already tried killbox

and standard deletion only makes it come back on next restart!

i have dun research and found that this is related to "folder lock" and some say its just a file so that folder lock can function properly. any help?
