Memory leak to non-paged pool
I use Bitdefender 2019, and since the beginning of June I've noticed high RAM usage, that can grow up to 95% within a day (it may have started a bit earlier, but on 3rd of June was the first when MemoryErrors started occurring merely after 1 day of system runtime; previously could easily run 10+ days). When I uninstalled Bitdefender the problem disappeared. Simply disabling all the modules doesn't work (for this particular test I disabled them, but it makes not difference).
The screenshots below are taken without Bitdefender installed 1hrs since boot up, then bitdefender installed and next screenshot taken 12 hrs since boot up, and finally bitdefender uninstalled at 13 hrs since boot up. In the poolmon.exe the bytes associated with top tags (Feiv, StCx, AleE...) keep increasing only when I have my internet connection on and am actively using it (python web scrapers). After closing my python programs and browser the bytes in non-paged pool are not released, until I restart the PC. Uninstalling bitdefender however released considereable amount of bytes (2.4 GB) while system was still running.
System specs: AMD Ryzen 7 1700 8x 3.00 GHz; 16 GB RAM; Radeon RX 580; Realtek PCIe GbE Family Controller; Windows 10 Pro

Hello,
Thank you for reporting this. Please disable the Advance Threat Defense feature from Bitdefender and check if you notice any improvements. Also, please try only with Exploit detection from Advance threat Defense settings disabled and check if there are any improvements.

The memory leak still occurs. I also tried adding the internet consuming applications to "Excepted Applications" under Advanced Threats, still no effect.0 -

Hello bitwise,
In this case we need a thorough investigation. Please write us a bitsy@bitdefender.com and include in your email a Support Tool log. Please make sure that you enable the option Reproduce this issue, restart your PC and let the Memory usage to increase, then click on Finish and generate the log:
