Combination of Tools into one


The bitdefender support tool and the BDsys log generator should be combined.


the support tool gathers information when one thinks they are having issues with BD or an infection in most cases,but the support tool dose not gather all the required information and support staff then need to ask for a BDsyslog which could have been also ran with the support tool if it were programmed that way but for some reason it is not which makes it so the company and user both have to spend more time producing logs and talking rather then getting stuff done up front 


my request is to combine the support tool with the BDsyslog tool so less time is used by the company and user to solve an issue


To not do this imo would mean the company dose not mind the waste of time created by requesting stuff to be done which should have already been done
