    As per the answer to your question, it may or may not be possible. It all depends on the type of VPN subscription you are using. Kindly have a look at difference in VPN subscription.

    As of now, I cannot guarantee whether channels you have stated come under the category of "media from all over the world", if it does come under that specific category then you will not be able to watch them using Basic VPN & might need a paid subscription of VPN for that.
