Two VPN settings showing up on my Iphone 11

I installed Mobile security on my Iphone. When I look at the VPN settings section on my phone's setting page, I see two settings labeled Bitdefender (type mobile security) and the second one is Web protection(Type mobile security). Either one is able to connect and generate a VPN connection. Why are there 2 and if correct, when do you use the first or second?
