Bitdefender detect my software as malware

Dear Sirs,

We are a company dedicated to software development.

For several weeks Bitdenfer has been detecting our software as malware.

We do not know where to send the software so that it is not detected as malware since the software takes up more than the page upload allows.

We would appreciate if you could tell us the steps to follow to solve the problem.

You can use the provided link to send your file to malware research team : https://www.bitdefender.com/submit/

Kindly note that the upload limit of file should be not more than 25 MB. If file is indeed incorrectly detected, detection will be removed in maximum of 72 hours, but if the detection stays even after 72 hours, you should consider the file to be malicious as per malware researchers.

If in case your file is larger than 25 MB, then you will have to zip your file and send it to bitdefender support at bitsy@bitdefender.com and ask them to share your file with malware research team with appropriate reason as to why the detection should be removed.
