adding a web page ie paypal for password wallet

Hi there tried adding pay pal manually to my password wallet. Completed the url and username and password details .
When i go to the pay pal login page. t It does not auto fill for me . I am not sure what i have done wrong
I click on the url i entered in the password wallet and it opens the pay pal sign in page , burt does not auto fill . Am i doing something wrong, Or is there a guide for manually adding websites.
The ones i imported from web browser seem to work . just the one i added manually.
