Unable to install

As per i purchased bitdefender from amazon and activated by making account , Whenever i am downloading its exe on windows 7 ultimate - I am unable to install it as it is saying not compatible and now feeling screwed and wasted my money for bitdefender - Earlier bitdefender is very good product but i am feeling depressed this time with support and new interface

    Hi Member,

    1) Which version & product you bought of Bitdefender from amazon.

    2) Do you have the activation key of Bitdefender (yes/ no), they must have mailed you.

    3) What are the specification of your PC/ Notebook ( Processor, RAM)

    4) Is it a 64 bit or 32 bit Windows version.
