Constant advertisements from Bitdefender kills productivity.

Hello, I am growing increasingly frustrated by the relatively infrequent but equally annoying bombardment of various advertisements from Bitdefender itself. I disable it and it just unsets itself over time, probably due to an update.

Is there a way to disable "special offers" and "recommendation notifications" on all installations? Is there a way to set this via Bitdefender central dashboard?
