Cannot visit vmware web

I access vmware web on my local network, I have added an exception for it in bitdefender. I still often get the 'bitdefender has blocked this page message' - and when I click I understand the risks all I get is a blank page.

I can access the app on my phone so bitdefender is interferring with the rendering of the page. This has not been a problem with other antivirus products.
