Bitdefender Anti-tracker Google Extension

I have my Google Chrome Bitdefender Anti-tracker activated on my main PC, but I just installed Bitdefender on my laptop and Google is saying it cannot move the extension directory into file. Did a lit bit of digging and someone mentioned it may be because it is already in my library. So I went to my library and tried to add the extension from there and get the same error!
Google also is telling me my browser is being managed... but I go to look for a manager, it tells me no one is an admin because it is my personal account...
Has anyone else experienced this or know a fix?
