Exactly what I just experienced.
I am having the same issue, outlook crashes ands references Bitdefender Antispam as the cause, disabling the com add-in and re-enabling makes no difference.
Also ran a repair of outlook, which also made no difference.
Outlook is unusable with Bitdefender installed.
Has a workaround been found for this issue?
I see this issue several times a day. I enable the add-in and later it crashes again. It seems to crash as I click to a different folder. This, along with stupid notifications when I open outlook makes the software seem amateurish. I regret buying it and after it expires I will look at other vendors.
Same issue. Where is Bitdefender's reply or work-around on this issue?
I have the same problem. Outlook crashes at least once per hour, requiring me to re-boot my PC.
I have the latest version of BitDefender, Outlook and Windows - everything up to date. PCs in my company that don't run BitDefender don't have this issue.
Not happy - right now, not inclined to renew my subscription.
Same issues also for me, with Outlook for Microsoft 365 and Bitdefender Total Security Build 26.0.34.162.
