Access Denied

I am trying to install something that I know to be safe. BitDefender quarantined it. I restored. But it messed up the installation, and now when I try to install, it gives me Access Denied errors on the directories that I need to use.
I have disabled Shield and Advanced Threat Defence. How do I install my software?!
