Different price between advertisement email and website

Hi,

I was emailed about Black Friday price for total annual security package of $19.99 which is bought via 2Checkout. Even though I already made payment and the money already has been deducted from my account, I received a message from 2Checkout saying that the payment processing was unsuccessful. And then there has many other emails sent and reminded me to make payment for the product on the cart as it did not complete the process payment yet (?)

I have queried for 2Checkout but no response for my case yet.

When I check on the Bitdefender website, I found that the price for the same package I saw on my email before is different. Price on website is $34,99.

Could any guys advise if you met same situation before? Should I buy the package on the website now to get discount due to the Black Friday or should I wait for the response from 2Checkout?
