Update Failed - 1002 Messages (Free Version)

I am using the Free Version Bitdefender on a PC Windows 10 computer. I am periodically receiving messages from Bitdefender indicating "Update Failed - 1002". No other information is indicated.

What is the issue causing the error message and what do I do to correct the problem?

What is this error message indicating - error updating virus definitions or error updating software?

If you are offline it is normal for it to appear and there is no way not to make it appear.

Unfortunately now it comes out but before, even if it was offiline it did not come out.

Bitdefendere Free is getting worse and worse .. it uses a lot of RAM and is slow in removing malware.
