Trouble connecting to VPN for MAC Os

I have been having trouble connecting to VPN for MAC Os since yesterday. I get the same message every time I try to connect. It says Error Code 12. I have tried to change the IP address, disconnect from my Firewall, nothing is working.

Generate bitdefender logs for macOS (https://www.bitdefender.com/consumer/support/answer/11198/) & drop a mail to bitdefender support at bitsy@bitdefender.com with the attached logs. They will reply asap.
