can't install Bitdefender Family Pack 2021 ‎over bitdefender total security2020

Hi,

my bitdefender total security2020 will expires in 42 days, so i boght Bitdefender Family Pack 2021online but evry time i try to install the family pack it end with error.

do i need to uninstall the total security sute first and then try to install the family pack?

i don't know what is the correct way to fix this problem without puting my pc in risk.
