Every vendor has different detection name created for every malicious file. The file that may seem malicious to one vendor may not seem to be malicious to other. Hence the best way to know if the file is actually malicious is to check it on virustotal.
As per the name of malicious file displayed by microsoft, it is a phishing file and not a malware. Phishing is a cyber attack that uses disguised email as a weapon. The goal is to trick the email recipient into believing that the message is something they want or need — a request from their bank, for instance, or a note from someone in their company — and to click a link or download an attachment.
You can always share the undetected file directly with malware researchers by filling up the online forum (https://www.bitdefender.com/consumer/support/answer/40673/). If the file is considered malicious by bitdefender researchers, detection will be created in maximum of 72 hours.
