Can't print

Hi.
Bitdefender Internet Security is now allowing me to print. In the hp program i get the following message "Printer Status Unknown". If i uninstall Bitdefender Internet Security the problem is gone. As soon i reinstall Bitdefender the problem comes back. This problem is happening on 2 different laptops.
I tried a few solutions on the internet with no success.
