Restoring a quarantined file

Hi folks, BD just notified me that it had quarantined a file which I want to restore.

I googled how to restore a quarantined file and it just said: "In order to locate the Bitdefender quarantine folder, please double-click on the Bitdefender icon in the system tray. This will bring out the Bitdefender dashboard. You may now restore the files in the Quarantine folder."

problem is, there is no quarantine folder or any mention of it and I can't for the life of me find it - can someone help?

Bitdefender's Quarantine files are located under Protection -> Antivirus -> Settings -> Manage Quarantine

Click Manage Quarantine, select the file(s) you wish to restore and click Restore.
