BD blocking website

I finally figured out that BD free was blocking a legit website and I don't know why or how to fix it.

The site TS figured out it was an browser extension or AV. Not an extension, so I turned off BD and it worked.

HOWEVER, after weeks of this, as I asked the question here, and went back to verify it, it stopped blocking it.

it is voice.anveo.com.

Did it self heal? I would sure like to know what is happening.

can someone shed some light on this for me.

Well, that was short lived. It is doing it again. With BD on, I get a blank screen. With it off, I get my login screen.

Thanks, I found the exclusion.

But the question remains. Why is BD doing this to a valid URL? It is a phone service provider.
