recently i have found the file mbam-dor.exe to be creating random .sys files in the driver directory. I emailed the company that made malwarebytes and this was their response.

This is a false positive. The file is part of our delete on reboot driver which hides from malware by using a randomized name and then deleting itself on reboot.
