Downloading pdf document freezes safepay

When I download a pdf document in safepay (bank statement) it freezes up & becomes unresponsive. The only way I can exit is to click on the X in top right corner of UI. Can someone please fix safepay so it can download pdf files again. It used to work fine. Cheers.
