SafePay characters cannot be entered into secure website fields - on two Windows 10 PCs
During the last few weeks, when using Safepay, I cannot key characters into secure website fields (e.g. payment sites, Government sites). What happens is the cursor in the website field blinks at an incredibly high rate as if somethng is running fast in a loop, and then when I try to enter keyboard characters in (like ID, passwords etc) the characters are either not entered at all or only one or two characters make it through but appear in the website field a few seconds after the key was struck. It is impossible to key in all the characters and I am forced to abandon the website even though I have important things to enter.
Has anyone else experienced this and does anyone know what is going on? I have had a Chat help session with Bitdefeder and have sent a Diagnistic file dump to them but they have not replied.
