Intrusion detection on macOS
We are a 100% macOS shop.
I see that the I can enable the firewall section/module for a policy, and there is a section for IDS, but there is a curious note:
"Intrusion Detection System (IDS) policy settings only apply to Endpoint Security (legacy security agent). Bitdefender Endpoint Security Tools agent integrates Host-Based Intrusion Detection System capabilities in its Advanced Threat Control (ATC) module."
1) I don't understand what that means
2) When I create a reconfigure client task, I see that firewall is not an option for macOS
My question: Is IDS available for macOS clients?
