Is Safepay actually safe

Hi Guys I know this may sound like a daft question but is Safepay actually safe to use?

When using Kaspersky i used to use their browser for my online banking and never had an issue but when using Safepay it just looks cheap and tacky but i was just wondering how safe it was to use.
