Windows blue screen when updating bitdefender or starting VPN
Hi. I had bitdefender for 1 year now. I bought a new subscription, for some strange reson I got the notification email on another email address I had, and then I needed to change accounts for my subcription.
However, after installing the new Bitdefender I constantly got crashes with bluescreen on my Windows 10 home system. I didn't knew the reason in the begining but then after I read the widows info about it I found a correlation between my antivirus and the crashes: whenever I want to start an vpn or whenever the antivirus wants to update I get a blue screen.
I did uninstall in safe mode and then reinstalled the software 2 times already. The problem is still here. I am now running without virus protection because I need to work for school and I cannot afford this type of crashes that can also damage my data and work.
Do you have any suggestions?
