It Must Be A Better Way

Maybe somebody can help me. I have Bitdefender Business Client installed on several computers and Bitdefender Management Server V 3 install on a Win 2003 server.


I cannot log into Management Console. The message is "Cannot connect to server, reason: invalid port or server is starting".


I followed all the steps described on Bitdefender website. I restarted the machine and the Bitdefender server. Nothing is working. This is happening the third times in two months. First two times I fixed the problem by recreating the database using the ****** provided by Bitdefender but every time I do that i loose all the setting and I need to reinstall the client on workstations because the license is no longer considered valid.


It must be a better way because this is too much time consuming.
