Hide IP Adrees Safari in iPhone

Hi there:

Would some one clear a doubt for me: Should I enable the Safari's security tool "Hide IP Address" when I use Bitdefender's VPN, so creating a double shield of security or, on the contrary, could cause incompatibility issues? Thank you.
