Hi,
I'm just a regular PC user and not an IT expert by any means but am wondering if anyone could help me with some answers to the below. All thoughts gratefully received.
Background:
Every other day, I switch on my 10 year old* 64bit PC running Windows 10 and now Windows 11, and every time, my internet connections**...just stop working. But when I restart the machine, and look in Task Manager. And find inevitably, a bit defender application or uploader is at work and using 100% of my disk space for a number of minutes).
* My PC still has very decent processing power.
**By "internet connection" I should be specific - I am browsing things like email, youtube etc.
Question: Is this a problem caused by Bit Defender? And if so, what can I do about it?
