I can't access the shopping cart to renew my subscription

I have noticed you have two licenses, a Total Security which is due to expire on the 13th of January and a Premium VPN service which will expire on the 10th of January.

As the automatic renewal feature is disabled for both, you can renew you protection by accessing the "My Subscriptions" tab in your Central account and select "Renew Now" for each license and you can also check the "My Offers" tab for early renewal discounts:
