Win 10 laptop. Just upgraded to Total Security. Unable to install Help

Hi,

Just renewed my subscription and upgraded to total security.

Logged in to BD Central, selected Total Security and Install on this device.

Ran download as administrator, briefly get the @spinning icon' then nothing.

Unable to uninstall the previous old BD Internet security. Tried CC nothing.

Any help gratefully appreciated
