Hello @Kevin79 and welcome to the Community!
Our Support Teams are currently receiving a higher number of requests than usual and it takes longer for them to reply. They are working around the clock in order to improve the response time and you will receive an answer.
Until then, I have noticed you have extended your protection until 2023.
Try the following:
1. Click the B icon in the top menu bar and choose Open Main Window to bring up Bitdefender Antivirus for Mac.
2. In the left-side column of the main window, click on My Account.
3. Click on Switch Account.
4. Sign in with the e-mail address and the password of the Central account.
After completing the above instructions, your device(s) should be connected to the Bitdefender Central account where the subscription is active. Basically, the product must be synchronized with your Central account at all times.
