How to remove Gravityzone Security using Microsoft Intune ?

Hello all,

Do you know how to remove Gravityzone Security on an Android Device using Microsoft Intune ?

According the documentation and before the uninstallation, we have to disable the Device administrator setting, by following the steps below:

• Go to the Settings area on your device and tap Security.

• Tap Device administrators.

• Uncheck the box next to the Bitdefender Mobile Security & Antivirus icon (or simply tap on the app if no box is displayed) to disable the app as device administrator.

• Tap Deactivate and then OK to continue.


Do you know how can we do that procedure using intune ?

    The workflow should look like this:

    Detection rule 
    Rule type: file
    C:\Program Files\******
    Detection method: file or folder exists.
    


    Install command:
    ******.exe /install /quiet /norestart
    
    Uninstall command:
    MsiExec.exe /X{BFA57077-F78C-4B92-815E-7BCDA6B9686E}

  • @EmmanuelCF I found no specific procedure for this. You need to look into if Intune can remove an existing device admin application, which Gravityzone Mobile Client is one. It might not be able to. The next option would be to wait for a response from the Support Team.
