url blocked for untrusted certificate, false positive!

We have a community website we partner with for public events and our marketing person is getting blocked by bitdefender endpoint security.

I can reach the website without any problems but she keeps betting blocked.

"Your connection to this website is not safe because its certificate is untrusted."

Issued by: GoGetSSL RSA DV CA

Valid from: 16 December 2021

Valid to: 16 December 2022

I setup / changed my Bitdefender Policy as hers and I still get to the website.

I setup / changed her Bitdefender Policy as mine and she gets blocked. I had her clear her browser history and temp internet files, etc..

How do I handle this type of a problem?
