How do I stop Bitdefender from listing all my emails as spam?

Every time I open Windows Live, all the emails that come through are listed as spam and I have to right click and mark them as safe. Is there any way to stop this from happening?

    Hello @edjamo and welcome to the Community!

    This could be related to the Antispam module. Go to Protection and toggle Antispam OFF.

    Let us know if this fixes the issue.

    If the emails are still listed as spam after disabling Antispam, our engineers may have to take a closer look at the source and to do this, logs will be required.
