Only 1 device recognized by BD Total Security

I have 2 devices running BDTS on a subscription that allows 5 devices. Only 1 device shows on the app and at BD Central. When I change the name of the device, my wife's laptop gets renamed in BD. When I change configurations, her configuration changes as well. How can I get BD to recognize each individual device?

    I have noticed an Acer device is currently protected by the Total Security solution.

    First, make sure that Bitdefender is linked to the same Central account from both devices. To do so, you may follow the steps described in the link below:

    Secondly, could you tell us if the device in question is a Mac, by any chance?
