Outlook 365 not Synching after Bit Defender install
Windows 10 PC. OS Build 19042.1466. I have a paid Bit Defender subscription and am beginning to regret it.
Despite stating that Outlook is whitelisted in the Firewall settings within the Bit Defender app, Outlook is unable to synch folders whenever Bit Defender is installed. Have tried switching the firewall toggle to the "off" position (greyed out) in the Bit Defender interface but has no effect on Outlook. Only when Bit Defender is uninstalled is Outlook working normally.
I do not have this issue on my older PC. This is a new laptop that I am attempting to add.
Have viewed various threads but can find nothing specific to my exact issue.
I am also not impressed that as a subscriber I cannot locate a "contact support" option anywhere on the Bit Defender site and I am relying on community response to help resolve what should be a straight forward matter.
