I have bought family pack but it wont install

I have got Bitedefender total security and I have just bought the family pack, but it will not install, I have tried all sorts and cant seem to get it to download etc...My Total security runs out shortly, and I need to fix tis pls.

Your Bitdefender Family Pack subscription has been successfully activated in the account.

When Total Security expires on february 9th, the protected devices will be automatically allocated to the next subscription that can protect them, and if Bitdefender was already installed on those devices, it won't be necessary to re-install the product.
