Purchased with PayPal subscription not active

I literally just paid for a subscription through PayPal (watched you take my money)! I've just installed the product and it's not allowing me to activate the product. In central it says my product is no active and at risk and my subscription isn't active.

    I have noticed that the activation code was successfully redeemed in the Central account. A MacBook Pro device appears covered by the Total Security subscription. You also have an Antivirus Plus subscription purchased this month. The first step would be to check if the Central account and the product display the same e-mail address. You can select the switch account option in Bitdefender and enter the Gmail address assigned to the Central account. The steps to follow are described in the link below:

    This will help the synchronization between the product and the Central account, where your subscriptions are active.
