Installing update to Premium Security

I just installed my update for the Bitdefender to Premium Security.

It shows on my computer, but when I look at "My Devices" on Bitdefender Central it shows my device is "At Risk" - not completely installed??? What does this mean?

    It is possible that the device that appears "At Risk" has not been synchronized with the new Premium Security subscription. Bitdefender should be connected to the Central account where the subscription is active, at all times.

    To make sure the device is protected, access Bitdefender from that device and follow the steps described in the link below. Select the relevant operating system instructions and simply re-enter the same e-mail address and password associated with the Central account:
