Hello @SCSO and welcome back to the Community! I've noticed you've been with us since 2017 🙂
Indeed, I could not locate the VPN subscription active in this account. I have now extended the VPN validity until 2023 for you, but It is recommended to contact Apple Support and ask them to have a look at what happened, because we don't have access in their billing and subscription management platform, as per Apple's policy and we need to make sure this does not happen again when the renewal time comes next year.
