console for bitdefender not showing up

I have bitdefender installed on 4 computers. Two in my office and two at home. I can see the security console on 3 of 4 installations. However on one installation, I dont see any console. I already uninstalled and reinstalled but that didn't help.

I dont think the firewall is activated or anything else.

please cancel case#100719633. I was able to go into the console when I was in front of the computer. I thought remoting in would work.

I also went into the stealth mode, editted the settings to allow wireless. Didnt allow me to connect my pc to my tv.
