Unlimited licence changed to 15 device? Scam?
Today i discovered my licence was changed without any question and contact from support site from unlimited to 15 devices. So suddenly 20 devices lost protection, protection which i payd 2 years ago!
I understand new licences are cutted to 15 devices and that is ok. But why old? Its illegal and looks like a fraud/cheat.
How to contact with someone who can help me? I cant create ticket from my central account because i get a lot of stupid adverts ( DIP or Password Manager) but i still dont get fixed my account so i can send tickets....
And due to other answer in other post.
My license was purchased in a legal store operating in Poland for several years. It is used by me and my family. There was no contact from the support, so I expect my license to be repaired immediately!
