Mozilla Thunderbird Outgoing Mail Blocked

My outgoing mail is blocked. I have another computer that has identical outgoing mail settings and uses the same ISP. The mail on the computer works just fine. The only difference that I know of is I have bit defend her on my computer.


Mozilla suggested that I start my computer in safe mode. However, in doing that I have no Internet even though I selected the safe mode with Internet option. I have a Lenovo computer.


Is there a way to completely disable all features of Bitdefender?

    Yes, there is a way to disable the security modules one by one to check which one is blocking the outgoing e-mails.

    Make sure to enable them back on afterwards.
