My Android app does not show on BD central devices?

My new bd Android app does not show on central devices dispite activated

  • you need to move the device from the current subscription to the active suscription


    This can be done by following these steps:


    - Access your Bitdefender Central account at https://central.bitdefender.com

    - Click on My subscriptions from the left

    - Identify the old/expiring subscription

    - Click on Manage from under it

    - Click on Manage Device Allocation

    - Expand the product that has devices assigned to it

    - Click on the device name

    - Select Change device allocation

    - Click on Change allocation from the bottom right

    - Repeat this process until all your devices have been transferred
