First, we need to identify the notification source, the module that is triggering the notification and the reason behind it. Does this notification pop up for 100% trusted websites as well? What is the notification message displayed? Can you provide us with a screenshot please?

Short answer: No, it is not possible.
If a threat (virus, suspicious connection etc.) is detected, that warning (notification) always comes up on your desktop. And you can't disable it.
