New Release And Changelog Bd 2009 Products
I have had great troubles with BD IS 2009 and is now back running BD IS 2008. The reason is a lot of bugs in the BD 2009-versions as reported in the forums by many BD-customers. I just asked tech-staff about informations about new releases and in addition changelogs, but I got no answer at all. They just informed about updates to virus-defs and so on. Trying to keep them at the subject I kept asking about where to find informations about new releases and bugfixes and still got no answers and in the end they hung up on me. Well, thats what I call real support 
I urge you all to keep asking for these informations until BD recognice, that it is a vere god idea to inform their customers about new releases and changelogs (what have been fixed since last release). Most vendors offers these informations as standard, but BD seems most pleased not revealing such things, unfortunately..
