Are you using the version included in your antivirus, or the Premium unlimited version? Is the "ON" button grayed out? Do you get any error messages? Can you share more information with us and attach a screenshot as well, so we can further advise? We must first understand the configuration and behavior of the application to find the root cause, as there can be several reasons behind this. It is also important to note that some websites may block your access if the connection is filtered through VPN.
